On the basis of international cooperation of the Department on academic mobility at the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology in Family Medicine of the Tashkent Medical Academy, who expert, Head of the Moldovan Regional Training Center, doctor of Medical Sciences, Associate Professor Rodika komendant held a seminar on the topic “safety of application of medicamentous abortion using telemedicine and “testless “protocol. At the seminar, who expert Rodika Chezarovna noted that the purpose of this scientific research is to assess the provision of medicamentous abortion services through telemedicine, to develop remote communication between a woman and a medical worker, and to limit medical unreasonable face-to-face visits to medical or diagnostic centers. The main task of the research was stated that the use of the telemedicine medicamentous abortion service model in Uzbekistan using the “test-free”protocol is safe, expedient and permissible. This scientific study was carried out with the support of the Association of Gynuity Health Projects and obstetricians and Gynecologists of Uzbekistan, as a result of which national protocols were developed and implemented on the procedure for conducting artificial termination of pregnancy. Scientific research in the form of open pilot observation professor Najmutdinova D.K. at the multidisciplinary clinic of the Tashkent Medical Academy headed and at the premium Medical Center in Bukhara Ichthyarova G. under the leadership of September 2021-August 2022 was held in the period and 130 Uzbek women took part in it. As Rodika komendant showed the results of a scientific study, she came to the scientific conclusion that using an untested protocol, telemedicine medicamentous abortion is considered safe and effective, women follow the instructions received remotely with confidence, this method is acceptable and acceptable for women during the Covid-19 pandemic in Uzbekistan.
