DEAR COLLEAGUES!
We invite you to take part in the International Student Olympiad for the preparation of general practicioner doctor at medical universities. “Emergency care in obstetrics”, which will take place on May 4, 2024 at the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology in Family Medicine. 6th year students in the subject of obstetrics and gynecology are invited to participate in the international Olympiad (see Appendix No. 1):Attention to the participants of the Olympiad: 6th year medical students can participate in the online Olympiad. The languages of the Olympiad are Uzbek and Russian. The Olympics are held in 2 stages.
Stage: Competition testing. Conducted on a subject including 25 questions, 10 of them illustrated. Participants who receive 85 points and above will be admitted to the next stage.
Stage: Competition “Situational task”. On the ZOOM platform, participants who have completed stage 1 will be provided with a clinical situation, at the end of which practical skills for this task will be included: Make a diagnosis. Carry out differential diagnosis. Develop tactics in the form of an algorithm of actions for a general practitioner. Demonstration of practical skills (it is necessary to have simulators or dummies with instruments and drugs for emergency obstetric care). Participants must give their answers orally. Solving the problem time: 10 minutes. Skill demonstration 7 minutes. The jury evaluates the answers using a template. Maximum score: 50 points. Students who score the most points become winners of the Olympiad
