In order to increase the efficiency of the activities of employees of state medical institutions, create suitable conditions for striving for high-performance work, ensure their interest in improving their professional level, the meeting of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan on March 18, 2022 with representatives of the healthcare sector “Reforms in medicine – in order to ensure the implementation of the tasks set within the framework of the open dialogue For Human Dignity”, and to ensure the implementation of the order of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Uzbekistan on professional development of medical personnel No. 19 dated 15.01.2021, on the basis of a memorandum of cooperation between the University of Medical Knowledge (Turkey) and the Tashkent Medical Academy, employees of the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology in Family Medicine and the TMA clinic They completed an internship in gynecology in Istanbul at the Gaziosmanpasa Fizik Tedavi Hastanesi clinic.
The main purpose of professional development of our employees is to study new methods of surgical treatment, methods of application of innovative technologies for gynecological patients. Our doctors believe that during the course “Laparoscopic surgery and urogynecology” for 2 weeks, having further improved their practical skills in the process of professional development, the acquired knowledge and practical skills will contribute to increasing the prestige of the Academy. We are confident that the relations between our universities and institutes will continue to expand thanks to our extensive cooperation.
